- hibiscus1 tablespoon
- horsetail1 tablespoon
- Sicilian lemon1 unit(s)
- sparkling water500 ml
- Boil the water and after boiling, add the hibiscus and mackerel. Leave to infuse for 10 min. Strain the tea and mix the lemon juice and add the sparkling water. Put a lot of ice and finish with orange slices.
