- Blanched spinach and no water1 cup
- Blanched Kale Kale without water1/2 cup
- Chopped chives1 unit(s)
- Minced garlic1 teaspoon
- Chopped sausage1 tablespoon
- Oregano1 tablespoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Chickpea flour2 tablespoon
- Salt, Black Pepper and Pinch of Sugar to taste
- Beat the eggs and season with salt; chili; garlic and sugar
- Add the flour. Mix. It gets thick
- Mix in the rest of the chopped ingredients.
- In a non-stick frying pan (greased with oil) and very hot. Spoon the mixture and flatten a little. When browned underneath, turn over with a plastic or silicone slotted spoon.
- You can eat them with cream cheese; Mayo; ketchup; alioli or simply alone. A delight 😋😋😋
