- Recipe
- Sweet or sour sprinkle180 ml
- Milk90 ml
- Oil45 ml
- Salt to taste
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Water90 ml
- Oil1/2 can(s)
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Place the sprinkle in a bowl of your choice and set aside;
- Mix the water, milk, sugar, salt and 45ml of oil and bring to a boil;
- Add the already boiled liquids to the sprinkle and with the help of a spoon mix, let it rest until it cools (enough to put your hands);
- Add the eggs to the sprinkle mixture with the liquids. Add one at a time and mix, you may need more or less egg, just as you may need a little more flour. If necessary, just add it little by little;
- Solve the dough for about five minutes until it is smooth and unglued from your hands;
- Take a little piece of the dough and mold it as you prefer, small pieces, as they grow a lot;
- With the oil still cold, add a few shaped cookies, a few, as they will rise during frying (I fried them five at a time, in a large pan). Turn on the heat and leave the pan covered for three minutes, then stir them and remove from the oil when you like it (it's quick);
- Between one frying and another, turn off the heat and let the temperature drop a little (about 3 minutes). This cookie does not burst and is very easy to make.
