  • Water200 ml
  • Oil180 ml
  • Sour Sprinkle500 g
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Salt2 teaspoon
  1. The first step is to hydrate the starch with the 200 ml of milk and mix until all the lumps of the starch are dissolved. The second step, put the oil, water and salt to boil. Then gradually add to the sprinkle and mix.
  2. The third part put the two eggs and mix a little more, add the 50 ml milk little by little and mix until you get the point, the dough has to be homogeneous and smooth. After the dough is ready, put it in a pastry bag to make the toothpick or ring. Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Note: no need to grease the form.
