- Stale bread cut into small cubes1/3 cup
- Toasted cassava flour1 cup
- Diced Bacon1/4 cup
- Chopped Onion1/4 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
- Lard2 tablespoon
- Sweet paprika1 coffee spoon
- Sea Salt to taste
- In a pan heat the lard and fry the onion until it begins to brown.
- Add the bacon and fry, then add the garlic and paprika and mix, fry for 1 minute.
- Add the bread and stir for another 2 minutes. Add the flour, season with salt and stir over low heat until toasted and the pieces of bread are crispy.
- Transfer to another container and let cool completely before serving.
