- Filet Mignon200 g
- Basil100 g
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Black olives50 g
- Grana Padano cheese60 g
- Bread sliced with circular rim200 g
- Sicilian lemon zest to taste
- Chop the mignon with the tip of the knife until it is in small cubes according to the texture of your preference. Also chop the black olives. Reserve.
- Mix the mignon, the olive, the lemon tapas, the padano money.
- Add a little extra virgin olive oil to taste. Taste and, if necessary, adjust salt and pepper.
- Assemble by placing the bread on the base and the steak tartar on top.
