- Strawberries500 g
- Lemon juice1/2 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Cold water100 ml
- Bring the whole strawberries to a low heat, add the sugar and the juice of half a lemon, mix and bring to a boil. As soon as it boils and is thick, add the 100ml of water, stir and let it boil well. The point will be when all the strawberry has dissolved and the jam is at the point of "papa" (thick as jam should be). *If you prefer it sweeter, you can add another cup of sugar.
