- Oil for frying to taste
- Sugar and cinnamon for dusting to taste
- Shredded Coconut1 cup
- Start by bringing the coconut milk to a boil. Then hydrate the tapioca with the same and let it rest for 40 minutes.
- Then add the eggs and the cup of sugar until it becomes a uniform and homogeneous mass.
- Light to fry in oil and then pass in sugar with cinnamon.
