- Dough: Wheat Flour500 g
- Pasta: Warm milk250 ml
- Dough: sugar2 tablespoon
- Dough: salt1 tablespoon
- Dough: Egg1 unit(s)
- Dough: Margarine1 tablespoon
- Dough: Organic Dry Yeast10 g
- Stuffing: grated mozzarella180 g
- Stuffing: pepperoni1 unit(s)
- Filling: oregano0 to taste
- Filling: grated parmesan cheese0 to taste
- In a bowl put the water, sugar, salt, yeast, egg, butter and mix. Slowly add the flour and mix with your hands.
- Take the dough to a bench and knead for about 10 min. Cover the dough and let it rest for approximately 30 minutes or until it doubles in volume.
- Open the dough with the help of a rolling pin and place the stuffing, close the sides (like taking the tip to the middle), close by squeezing the middle part, give the dough a turn (rolling). Make cuts (strips) in the dough flap
- Brush water on the rolled part (helps to glue the fillets), take each fillet turning and place the tip under the bread, take it to a greased roast. Let it rest for about 15 min, brush egg yolk and finish with grated parmesan and oregano
