- Recipe
- eggs3 unit(s)
- oil3/4 cup
- water or warm milk (I used the one with curd, I made it with milk)2 cup
- salt1 tablespoon
- sugar (if you want it sweetened, put 1 cup of sugar).3 tablespoon
- dry yeast1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour, until set (I used 1 kilo and 200)0 to taste
- Beat the eggs together with the margarine and sugar, then add the warm milk and the yeast, mix gently.
- Then add the oil and salt, finally the wheat little by little, until you give the point (until it comes off your hands).
- Place in a bowl and let it rest for 1 hour.
- After that time, divide the dough into 3 parts, open the dough well with a rolling pin.
- Grate the mortadella and place it in the open dough, close it, pressing lightly.
- Note: I only put stuffing on one loaf.
- Put it in the greased shape with oil, let it rise until it doubles in volume, brush with yolk and a little milk.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 35 to 40 minutes.
