- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Warm water400 ml
- Oil1/2 cup
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Wheat flour1 kg
- Stuffing400 g
- Sliced ham200 g
- Sliced Mozzarella Cheese200 g
- Catupiry (I didn't use it) to taste
- Dissolve the yeast in the warm water, after placing all the ingredients in the order above, add the flour gradually until the dough comes off your hands. Let the dough rest for 1 hour.
- After the dough rests, knead the dough, cut into pieces and open with a rolling pin on a floured surface, do not leave the dough too thick, put the stuffing and roll up to a maximum of 3 times, brush with an egg yolk, take it to the oven preheated to 180° , bake in a greased shape with butter/margarine and flour for about 40 minutes
