- Vinegar1 teaspoon
- Wash the jilós and remove the 'cap'. Cook in water with a little salt and vinegar. When it is soft, remove the brains with the help of a spoon and reserve both.
- Finely chop the bacon and put it in a pan to fry.
- Remove bacon from oil and mix with cream cheese, jilo brain, salt and black pepper.
