- Ricotta Cream or Cottage Cheese5 tablespoon
- Chopped Bacon to taste
- shredded mozzarella cheese50 g
- Green Smell to taste
- Chopped tomato to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chili pepper (optional) to taste
- Place the pastry dough in cupcake or pie molds, lining the bottom and edge.
- Fry the chopped bacon.
- Put all the ingredients in a pot and mix everything.
- With a spoon, place the filling in each basket.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 200°C.
- Get creative with the stuffing, using what's in your fridge!
