- Cottage cheese3 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Salt1 to taste
- Garlic / Unit: clove2 unit(s)

- Grated Parmesan Cheese100 g
- Pierce the potatoes with a fork at all angles.
- In a microwave-safe bag, place the potato for 5 minutes.
- Gently turn and pierce the potato to see if it needs more time, maybe 2 to 5 minutes.
- In parallel, fry the meats in the airfryer and when there are 10 minutes left, add the garlic.
- Cut off the potato lid and dig into the center. Leave potato on the sidelines.
- For the filling, remove the potato core and mix with the airfryer meat, the cream cheese, the cream and the Parmesan cheese (reserve enough cheese to sprinkle over the potatoes).
- At the base of the potato, season the sides with butter, a little oil and salt. Crush the garlic and also rub the side.
- Add the stuffing to the potato base and sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Drizzle with a little oil.
- Place the potato in the airfryer for 10 minutes at 180°C or until the cheese is golden.
