- Potatoes cooked in water with a pinch of salt, cook to a point that it doesn't start to break apart from cooking so I notice the point making a hole with the fork. For the stuffing I used the potato itself that I removed from the center of it and added cream, salt and Parmesan cheese, until it was a creamy mashed potato with cheese hmmm I already had a chicken stuffing from a leftover pie, and I fried some bacon bits. To assemble it was very simple, take the potatoes, put the chicken stuffing in the bottom and cover with the puree that we made, then I put the pieces of fried bacon and sprinkle with parsley, at this point you can take it back to the oven and add Parmesan cheese on top I didn't put it because it was all in the stuffing.
