- Mozzarella cheese200 g
- Cottage cheese to taste
- Bacon150 g
- Chives to taste
- Braised chicken to taste
- Cook the potatoes whole in water or wrap the potatoes in aluminum foil and place in the oven at 200g until soft.
- Prick with a fork to make sure the potato is done.
- Remove the potatoes and let them cool slightly.
- Cut the potatoes in half and remove the core of them and place in a container. Reserve
- Remove the bacon layer, cut into small cubes and place in a frying pan to fry, until crispy. Be careful not to burn!
- In the container with the potato brains, add the curd, chopped chives, the braised shredded chicken. mix well
- Add the creamy stuffing above inside the potatoes. Finish with shredded mozzarella cheese. Toast the cheese and place the crispy bacon on top. If you don't have a torch, put it in the oven to brown and finish with the bacon.
