- Bacon100 g
- Green Smell to taste
- Mozzarella Cheese200 g
- Cottage cheese1 can(s)
- Cream cheese3 tablespoon
- Ham100 g
- Salt to taste
- Cook the potatoes in the microwave. Make several holes in the potato and take it to the microwave for 12 minutes (Spear with a knife and if they are still hard, just put another 2 or 3 minutes)
- While the potatoes are cooking, make a paste with the bacon, ham, salt, curd, mozzarella and cream cheese.
- As soon as you take the potatoes out of the microwave, wrap them with aluminum foil and cut them so that you can get some of the pulp out and form a little boat.
- Mix the potato pulp into the paste you made and use it as a filling. (Before that spread butter inside the potatoes)
- Put the green smell on top and if you prefer (I don't do that) take it to the oven preheated to 200°C for about 10 minutes.
