Gem1 unit(s)
Wheat Flour50 g
Grated Ham50 g
Shredded cheese50 g
Salt and black pepper to taste
Breadcrumbs for dusting to taste
Wheat flour for dusting to taste
Eggs2 unit(s)
Oil for frying to taste

Pasta Mix the mashed potatoes, the yolk, the wheat flour, salt and pepper, until it forms a dough.
Filling Mix the cheese with the ham.
Make dumplings with the dough, open a cavity in the middle and put the stuffing. Roll up and close the dumplings.
Coat the dumplings in wheat flour, dip in lightly beaten eggs, drain and roll in breadcrumbs.
Fry in very hot oil until golden on all sides.
