- Salt, oregano and spices to taste
- Cut and remove the “cap” from the tomato.
- With a small spoon, remove all the middle of it.
- Brush the olive oil, a pinch of salt and place the whole egg inside.
- Add a little more salt, oregano and seasonings of your choice.
- Take the air fryer to 180°C for 25 minutes.
