- Oat bran (you can use another flour if you want)1 tablespoon
- Low-fat yogurt or (water)1 tablespoon
- Dried herbs or seeds or both together 😋1 to taste
- Combine all ingredients and mix well with a fork or mixer. Place in a small dish and there is no need to grease (I use a ceramic one).
- Microwave on high power for about 2 minutes and 20 seconds. Once ready, I cut it in half and brown it in the hot skillet or grill. It's really thin and sometimes it's hard to cut.
