Tapioca Flour4 tablespoon
Chia1 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Egg1 unit(s)
Tomato to taste
Edu Guedes Seasoning, Oregano and Spicy Paprika (but you can use whatever seasoning you like best) to taste
Ricotta Cream2 tablespoon

Put some tapioca flour in a frying pan, add salt, chia seeds and cover with the rest of the tapioca flour, turn the pan once. Your tapioca is ready!
Now the Special Egg Stuffing: Cook 1 or 2 eggs, cut into pieces, add salt and seasonings to taste, add the ricotta cream, mix gently and place on top of your tapioca.
Tip to eat. Fold in half and prepare the mouth very large because it is very "stuffed" and delicious!
