- Tapioca Flour4 tablespoon
- Chia1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Tomato to taste
- Edu Guedes Seasoning, Oregano and Spicy Paprika (but you can use whatever seasoning you like best) to taste
- Ricotta Cream2 tablespoon
- Put some tapioca flour in a frying pan, add salt, chia seeds and cover with the rest of the tapioca flour, turn the pan once. Your tapioca is ready!
- Now the Special Egg Stuffing: Cook 1 or 2 eggs, cut into pieces, add salt and seasonings to taste, add the ricotta cream, mix gently and place on top of your tapioca.
- Tip to eat. Fold in half and prepare the mouth very large because it is very "stuffed" and delicious!
