- Wheat flour1 kg
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Milk250 ml
- Sugar6 tablespoon
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Biological yeast1 unit(s)
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Shredded coconut1 unit(s)
- First heat the milk together with the margarine, then place it in a container together with the eggs, mix very well.
- Then add the sugar and mix well, then add the yeast, incorporate it well along with half the dough. And let it rest for 40 minutes.
- Then add the salt and knead the dough for 15 minutes, leaving it to rest again on a baking sheet for another 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180° for at least 15 minutes. And bake until golden.
- While the bread is in the oven, mix the condensed milk and coconut and place on top as soon as you take it out of the oven.
