- Corn Starch1/2 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Guava to taste
- Milk1 cup
- Beat the sugar with the eggs in a blender. Add the milk, butter and corn.
- In a bowl, add the sifted cornmeal, wheat and cornstarch. Add step 1 little by little and mix slowly. Add yeast at the end.
- Add the guava paste to the dough. Little secret to the recipe: Cut the guava paste into cubes and spread it on the wheat. This way the guava paste doesn't sink into the dough and doesn't burn at the bottom.
- Take to preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
