- Milk1 cup
- Wheat flour1/2 cup
- Cornmeal360 g
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Guava200 g
- Beat well in the blender: eggs, sugar, milk and oil. Add the wheat flour and cornmeal (1 cup and a half) and beat to mix well. Finally, add the yeast and beat to mix.
- Greased and floured form. Put the dough in the mold, and add pieces of guava paste. The guava can be on top of the cake or it can be in the middle of the cake. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 35/40 minutes.
