- Well cooked and mashed sweet potato465 g
- Sweet Sprinkle200 g
- Grated Parmesan Cheese80 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Olive oil or oil4 tablespoon
- (Optional) Chia1 tablespoon
- Mix the well-cooked and mashed potatoes with the sweet sprinkle
- After well mixed, add the egg, olive oil, grated Parmesan cheese, salt and chia.
- The dough is very firm, just make the balls with your hands.
- Airfryer at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. After that, turn the side of the balls, because usually the underside doesn't bake well, so turn the side, take the Airfryer again for another 5 minutes. This cheese bread is delicious, especially the next day accompanied with a good coffee!
