- Wheat Flour500 g
- Organic Yeast10 g
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Vegetable Oil (olive oil)3 tablespoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Warm Water400 ml
- Shredded cooked chicken (stuffing)250 g
- Ketchup (stuffing)4 dessert spoon
- Oregano (filling) to taste
- Salt (stuffing)1 dessert spoon
- Water (filling)200 ml
- Boiled Egg (garnish)2 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
- In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients. Wheat Flour, Organic Yeast, Salt, Sugar.
- Make a hole in the middle and place the oil and egg and gradually add the water.
- I use a wooden spoon to mix the dough. When the dough is smooth without any balls in the dough, it's ready.
- Transfer the dough to a greased baking sheet and let the dough rest for at least 30 minutes.
- I baked the dough in an electric oven at 180 degrees until it rises a little, then I raise the temperature and let the dough brown.
- After about 45 minutes I open the oven and stick a fork in the middle, if it comes out clean it's because it's ready, I turn off the heat and stuffing.
- Stuffing: in a pan I put the already cooked and shredded chicken, add the ketchup, salt, oregano and water and let it boil and dry the water. I put this stuffing on the pizza dough and chop the egg and add the grated parmesan cheese and put it on top.
- I don't like my pizza to get windy so I let the dough rest and rise in the oven off.
