- Recipe
- Lightly beaten egg1 unit(s)
- Rice Flour2 tablespoon
- Tapioca4 tablespoon
- Margarine or butter1 dessert spoon
- Whole Milk1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- In a bowl, lightly beat the egg (without the shell), add 2 tablespoons of rice flour (homemade flour), 4 tablespoons of Tapioca, 1/2 tablespoon of margarine, 1 tablespoon of milk, mix well with the aid of a fork, salt to taste mix.
- Pour the TAPIOARRO into a nonstick skillet, cook over low heat with the skillet covered.
- When the TAPIOARRO is colored at the bottom, turn it over and fill it to taste.
- Stuffing -> mine was pizza ready sauce + or less 3 tablespoons and pieces of mozzarella cheese. Remember the more items you add the more calories you will have. Tip if you replace the industrial sauce with homemade your breakfast will be ultra healthy.
- Wait for the cheese to melt, transfer to a plate, cut into 4 slices.
- Be careful not to get burned and good appetite 😋😍😋
- TIP: if you replace the industrial sauce with homemade, your breakfast will be ultra healthy. Make a good amount of well-seasoned homemade sauce, you can hit the blender after it's ready to have the same consistency as the industrialized one, put it in an ice mold and freeze it, minutes before making your coffee remove 2 or 3 cubes of sauce (here's a heat melts super fast).
- Personal Testimonial: it's better than pancakes because it has a crunch that pancakes don't have. You know that food you eat and feel like eating a lot more, not because you're hungry but because the famous gluttony is so good 🤭 that's how I'm feeling 🤭 but I'll resist 🤔🤭. To accompany a black coffee and soon if the gluttony persists a bunch of grapes 🍇😋
