- Oil1/3 cup
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Granulated Tapioca1 cup
- Granulated Tapioca1/3 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese1/2 cup
- Sweet sprinkle1 cup
- In a pan, mix the milk, oil and salt. Place over medium heat and bring to a boil. Transfer to a bowl, add the tapioca and mix until cool. Once cold, add the egg, parmesan and sprinkle, little by little. Mix until you form a homogeneous mass that does not stick to your hands. If necessary, add more flour. Shape the buns and place in a greased shape, one next to the other, leaving space between them. Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove and serve immediately. Enjoy your food.
