- Coconut milk200 ml
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Granulated Tapioca2 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Beat the eggs, sugar, coconut milk and butter in a blender.
- In a container put all the dough and add the other members.
- Leave the chemical yeast for last.
- Grease a shape, put the dough and take it to bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
- Easy stuffing: 2 cups of powdered milk 1 cup of water Mix everything and heat until it thickens.
- Place the filling on the cake and decorate with grated coconut.
