Em uma frigideira antiaderente acrescente um pouco do queijo e em seguida distribua por cima a goma de tapioca uniformemente até cobrir todo o fundo.

In a non-stick frying pan, add some of the cheese and then distribute the tapioca gum evenly on top until it covers the entire bottom.

Ligue o fogo e asse a tapioca, recheie com o salame e o queijo restante e feche a tapioca dobrando ao meio. Sirva imediatamente.

Turn on the heat and bake the tapioca, fill it with the salami and the remaining cheese and close the tapioca by folding it in half. Serve immediately.
