- Tapioca Gum2 tablespoon
- Sugar or Sweetener2 coffee spoon
- Cocoa powder2 tablespoon
- Sweet Sprinkle1 tablespoon
- 70% Melted Cocoa Chocolate25 g
- Pinch of Salt to taste
- Using a whisk or fork, beat the eggs until foamy. Add the other ingredients and mix well. Pour the mixture into a skillet greased with coconut oil and leave on low heat for 2 minutes. Turn your Chocobrownie over and, still on fire, leave it in the skillet for another minute. To finish, if you wish, add pieces of chocolate over your Chocobrownie.
