- granulated tapioca500 g
- Grated curd cheese500 g
- Whole milk1 l
- Salt2 tablespoon
- Nutmeg1 teaspoon
- White Pepper1 teaspoon
- Laurel (leaf)2 unit(s)
- Sunflower oil1 l
- Heat the milk with the bay leaves, salt, black pepper and nutmeg
- Grate the cheese
- Prepare a large mold with plastic wrap all over it.
- Turn off the milk, remove the gold and add the cheese and tapioca
- Stir well with a firm silicone spoon
- When it is well mixed, transfer it to the mold and spread it out leaving a uniform height.
- Cover with film and set to cool
- Prepare the frying pan with a medium pan of oil, a slotted spoon and a baking sheet lined with paper towels.
- Put the oil to preheat and remove the dough from the fridge
- Cut the cubes and when the oil is hot fry in small portions!
- Serve warm with pepper jelly or guava ketchup
