- Whole milk500 ml
- Finely grated curd cheese250 g
- Granulated Tapioca250 g
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Place the milk in a pan along with the granulated tapioca and place over low heat.
- When it boils, add the coalho cheese and stir until you get a very thick porridge.
- Add salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.
- Line a 20X15 rectangular shape with plastic and place the dice dough on top. Smooth well and cover with another plastic in contact, touching the dough well
- Take it to the fridge for two hours
- After that cut into cubes and fry in oil 120 degrees by immersion. Serve with pepper jelly
