- granulated tapioca250 g
- Curd cheese250 g
- Warm whole milk500 ml
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Organic Honey (Gerais honey) to taste
- Start by grating the coalho cheese and set aside
- In a bowl mix the hot milk, tapioca, grated coalho cheese and salt, mix until a creamy mass is formed.
- Forre a rectangular shape with film paper and pour all the dough. Cover with cling film and press with your hands so that the cling film stays in contact with the dough.
- Place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or in the freezer for 45 minutes.
- Unmold, remove the film paper and cut into squares
- Heat a pan with oil and fry the tapioca dadinhos until golden
- Remove excess oil with paper towels and serve immediately.
- Serve with organic honey (general honey) to taste 🤤🧀
