- Recipe
- Granulated tapioca flour250 g
- Grated Coalho Cheese300 g
- Hot milk500 ml
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- White pepper to taste
- In a container, place the dry ingredients, the curd cheese and mix.
- Add the milk and mix until the dough starts to set.
- Pour into a baking sheet lined with plastic wrap and smooth the dough with the back of a spoon.
- Cover with film. Allow to cool to room temperature and place in the fridge for 3 hours.
- Cut the dice cubes and set aside.
- Heat the Airfryer for 5 minutes at 180°.
- Place the cubes in the vat and adjust the time to 20 minutes.
- *time and temperature may vary depending on the brand of Airfryer appliance*
- Serve with peppery fruit jam or molasses.
