- Recipe
- granulated tapioca500 g
- coarsely grated curd cheese300 g
- grated parmesan cheese200 g
- Milk1 l
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Peeled small shrimp200 g
- Olive oil to taste
- Parsley for garnish to taste
- In a milk jug, boil the milk with the salt and pepper and set aside. In a container, place the tapioca and grated cheese and mix. Then gradually add the boiled milk to the container, mixing everything very well until a homogeneous mass is formed. Then, pour the dough onto a baking sheet lined with plastic wrap.
- Place the pan in the fridge for approximately 3 hours or until the dough is firm. After that time, remove from the fridge and cut the dough into cubes.
- In a roasting pan, grill the shelled prawns.
- Place the cubes on another baking sheet lined with parchment paper, so that they are separated from each other. Bake at 180º C for about 30 minutes or until golden. Very soon! Once the dices are golden, just turn off the oven, remove the baking sheet, place the grilled shrimp, decorate with parsley and serve with your favorite sweet and sour sauce.
