- Granulated Tapioca500 g
- 1 liter Milk1 l
- grated curd cheese500 g
- White pepper (optional) to taste
- Salt to taste
- Heat the milk in a pan and when it is very hot, turn off the heat and add the grated coalho cheese and continue stirring, then add the granulated tapioca and mix well.
- Add salt and white pepper to taste and mix until well blended.
- In a shape put a cling film and pour the dough inside and also cover with cling film and take it to the fridge for a couple of hours
- After that time in the fridge, cut the dough into cubes and fry the dices little by little in hot oil or butter until golden.
- Serve with honey or any jam of your choice.
