- Granulated Tapioca250 g
- grated curd cheese250 g
- Hot milk500 ml
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Mix the dry ingredients and add the hot milk. Mix until a homogeneous mass.
- In a refractory, line with plastic film, pour the dough and cover with plastic film. Place in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Unmold and cut into cubes. Fry in hot oil and serve with pepper jelly.
