  • tapioca dough5 tablespoon
  • Mozzarella2 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Egg2 unit(s)
  1. Fry the eggs and set aside.
  2. Place the tapioca dough in the skillet over medium heat and wait for consistency to turn in the pan.
  3. When you turn, add the two slices of mozzarella over the tapioca, sprinkle with oregano and place the fried egg
  4. Fold the tapioca in half and that's it!
