- Salt to taste
- Butter2 tablespoon
- In a non-stick frying pan add the butter break the eggs season with salt and stir
- I like my scrambled eggs very creamy so I stir a little with the prof on then turn it off and stir with the heat of the pan
- In another skillet, add the tapioca flour and let both sides taste until it is very firm
- Finish with butter and serve with scrambled eggs.
