- Tapioca4 tablespoon
- Milk1/2 teaspoon
- Nutrin Beauty Vanilla2 tablespoon
- Fresh grated coconut2 tablespoon
- Heat a skillet, sift the tapioca starch over the skillet, covering all spaces, forming an even pancake-like layer.
- Wait for the dough to get wet and turn it over and let it dry quickly on the other side. Reserve.
- Stuffing: In a pan add the Molico milk and corn starch. Take it to medium heat, always stirring until it thickens.
- Turn off the fire, wait to cool and add the Nutren Beauty. Mix well.
- Fill the Tapioca disc with the cream, sprinkle fresh grated coconut and top it in half
