- Gum1 kg
- liquid milk500 ml
- Condensed milk1/2 cup
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Pass the gum in the sieve, take the skillet to the low fire so you don't burn the tapioquinhas.. Then take the sifted gum and cover the bottom of the skillet. With a spoon you spread it out and so it gets uniform... Turn the other side and so on.
- After making all the tapioquinhas, Take the blender and put the milk, sugar and coconut... Beat for about 5 minutes. Note: reserve some of the grated poop before putting it in the blender.
- Pass this liquid through a sieve to remove excess coconut. Put it in a pan and bring to the fire, when it starts to boil turn off the fire. Take the coconut that was separated and fill the tapiocas..
- Then put them all in a refractory and serve... When you put the tapioca on the plate, throw the milk on top... If you prefer, put cheese inside it..
