Não tem segredo, é só misturar na ordem acima, não precisa de batedeira, use a colher de pau, o fuê o que vc tiver.
Coloque os ovos, o leite e o açúcar, misture bem e depois acrescente o óleo e o trigo, quando estiver bem misturado coloque o sal e por último o fermento.
Dica:
Se optar por adicionar essência coloque antes do fermento.
O chocolate é só pra quem quer com um “recheio”, com banana, goiabada também fica maravilhoso. Mais apenas a panqueca é sucesso por aqui.

Para fritar, unte uma frigideira antiaderente com 1 fio de óleo usando papel toalha para retirar o excesso, aqueça e mantenha sempre em fogo baixo, com o auxílio de uma colher ou concha despeje a massa aos poucos, fazendo o formato que preferir. Aguarde fazer “bolinhas” para saber a hora de virar, observe se já está dourada na parte de baixo. Vire e doure o outro lado.
Dica: Não deixe muito alto pois ela cresce um pouco, e pode ficar crua no meio.

Depois é só saborear como preferir, nessa colocamos um brigadeiro mole de leite ninho e gotas de chocolate.
