- Start by heating the oven to 180°
- Then grease a shape with margarine and wheat flour and set aside.
- In the mixer place the eggs, sugar and margarine beating well until it becomes a white cream.
- After low speed of the mixer and add the milk and wheat flour mixing well.
- Then turn off the mixer and put the yeast mixing with a wooden spoon, put the granules and the lemon zest
- Pour the dough into the baking dish and put it in the oven to bake for 40 minutes.
- Syrup: In a pan, place the cream and chocolate over low heat and stir until a creamy broth forms, then place on the cake.
