- tofu cheese200 g
- olive oil3 tablespoon
- dehydrated herbs1 tablespoon
- pepper1 to taste
- salt1 to taste
- turmeric1 to taste
- Mash the tofu with a fork or in a food processor, leaving small pieces. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix with a fork. Store in a glass container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
- The result is perfect! serve with rice crackers or wholemeal bread
