- Coarsely grated semi-cured or cured cheese250 g
- In a pan, mix the water, milk, oil, salt and boil.
- In a bowl, add the flour and the mixture that was previously boiled, mix with a spoon until it lowers the temperature, so that you can knead it with your hands.
- Add the eggs and knead the dough well.
- If it's too hard, add lukewarm water until you get the perfect consistency.
- When the dough is at the ideal point, add the grated cheese and mix, do not knead more. If the dough becomes dry again, add a little more lukewarm water and knead until it comes together again.
- Shape the balls into the desired size.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 30 minutes. or until golden.
