Dulce de leche200 g
Sugar50 g
Cinnamon0 to taste
Powdered milk50 g
Oil for frying500 ml

In a pan, heat the oil, and fry the tubes one by one over low heat and set aside.
Then wrap the tubes in cinnamon sugar and, if you prefer, in powdered milk.
Open them in the middle gently and put the dulce de leche.
