- Recipe

- Tapioca4 tablespoon
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chard Leaves to taste
- Tuna pate with ricotta cream (recipe on my profile 😉)2 tablespoon
- In a bowl, beat the eggs until frothy with a fork.
- Add tapioca and mix well until smooth.
- Take to cook in a non-stick frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil
- Wait for it to brown and turn it aside, leave it on low heat.
- Place chard leaves, season with olive oil and salt
- Put the tuna pate and fold it in half
- Let it cook for a bit and turn off the heat.
- Serve immediately 😋 Great snack option to serve during the cup games 😃🇧🇷
- Tip: you can also make it with Sardine Fit pate (recipe on my profile 😉)
