- Envelope Dry Biological Baking Powder1 unit(s)
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Warm water1 cup
- Natural yogurt2 tablespoon
- Wheat flour3 cup
- Salt10 g
- Mix yeast, water, yogurt, oil and salt
- Slowly add the sifted flour
- Knead the dough for 15 minutes
- Rest the dough for 40 minutes covered with PVC film
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into disc or square shapes.
- Bake in skillet over low heat
- Brush with butter to finish
